Dispatch & Shipping
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail within 1–2 business days.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed services at a flat rate.
Shipping to USA
Orders typically arrive via USPS, and your Royal Mail tracking number can also be used on the USPS website.
A 10% tariff is included in your order total and paid in advance, ensuring smooth delivery without delays.
Please note: additional import duties or taxes may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to France
We’re pleased to offer delivery to France using Royal Mail International Tracked, a reliable and fully trackable service. As we ship from the UK, French import VAT and a small La Poste handling fee may be charged when your parcel arrives in France. These charges are set by French customs and aren’t included in your checkout total. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on customs processing and local postal times.
Packaging & Returns
Each item is carefully packaged in a sealed bag that allows you to view the product size without opening.
For hygiene and quality assurance, refunds cannot be issued for items that have been opened or if the seal has been broken.
If your parcel is returned to sender due to being unclaimed, a refund will be issued for the item(s) minus postage and return handling fees.
Loss & Damage
While I do my best to resolve any issues, I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Royal Mail only accepts claims for loss after:
- 20 working days for deliveries to Europe
- 25 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world
Order Finalisation
Please ensure all desired items are added to your basket before completing checkout.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined once they are placed.
